Port Moody, Canada Pathway Community Services Ltd. Full time

**PCSL is currently seeking a Part Time Contract Administrator to join our team.**
- a) Oversee Program Budget allocations to match MCFD funding
- b) Update MCFD Pricing tools as required
- c) Work with MCFD Contracts administrator to update budgets to match operational needs
- d) Submit monthly reconciliation reports to funder
- e) Work with Executive Director, Accounting firm, Office Manager for accurate tracking and reporting

**Education & Experience**
- Graduation from post-secondary education/training in Business Administration plus three to four years of recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $25.63 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Moody, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
