**Summary**

As a Set-up Operator - Aft, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient setup and operation of manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints, as you will be working with CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines. Your proficiency in premium skills such as CNC programming and welding will enhance production quality. Additionally, effective communication and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with colleagues to maintain safety standards and optimize workflow. **Specific Accountabilities**:

- Sets up machine for production and makes adjustments
- Installs machine attachments according to job specifications
- Loads rolls onto bag machines
- Performs minor maintenance of equipment
- Ensures to check the quality and specifications of bags
- Performs minor maintenance and repairs
- Trains all set-up operators on all aspects of job duties including operation of all production equipment, in a timely and accurate
- Operates Reach Truck ,Forklift and Lifting equipment as required
- Adheres to all Quality and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures at all times
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

**Ideal Qualification**:

- Minimum High School graduation.
- Minimum 1 (one) years’ related experience in a related role preferred, but not essential
- Excellent ability to multi-task with good organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment which includes shift changes and product variation
- Good knowledge of how production processes effect the quality of product
- Good mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills in order to perform simple repairs, maintenance and setup activities
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to work under moderate pressure in order to meet tight deadlines imposed by circumstances beyond own control
- Team player able to relate with all levels of staff
