**Overview**

**Pacific Coast Warehousing Ltd.** is seeking a reliable and experienced **5-Ton Truck Driver** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for **daily pickup and delivery of goods throughout the Lower Mainland**, operating a 5-ton straight truck. You’ll also handle **loading and unloading using a pallet jack and forklift**. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate a 5-ton straight truck for daily scheduled routes within the Lower Mainland.
- Load and unload freight using a **forklift** and **pallet jack**.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured for safe transport.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, updates, or delays.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for 5-ton operation.
- Experience driving 5-ton or similar straight trucks.
- Comfortable with manual transmission (preferred).
- Proficient with forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Physically capable of performing loading/unloading duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
