In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management and product distribution. This position requires a commitment to efficiency, safety, and teamwork.

**Duties**
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
