This Customer Service position The main duties will be providing face to face service to customers at the customer service counter in the facility.

Position Summary
- Ensure all customer shipments are processed accurately daily, follow up on undelivered shipments, and process returns to shipper.
- Identify and follow up in a timely manner for key account customers.
- Greeting customers professionally, in person or on the telephone, problem solving and handling financial transactions accurately with a Point of Sale machine.
- Driver dispatch and scanner messaging.
- Claims, repacks, inspections as required.
- Performing regular cleaning/sanitizing duties in the facility numerous times each shift as per our Coronavirus prevention protocols
- Material handling: repetitive lifting, handling of cartons, bags, envelopes and moving pallets.
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be reliable and able to complete multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced, high stress work environment.
- Must be neat and tidy in appearance.
- Must possess strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook Express, and Word Documents.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and able to work independently or with a team of employees.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.93 per hour
