**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Leading and motivating a team of tire technicians in a busy, high-volume shop
- Assigning tasks, managing workflow, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely
- Training new and existing technicians on proper tire installation, balancing, and torque techniques
- Maintaining quality control and inspecting work to ensure it meets Ted’s Tire’s standards
- Communicating with service advisors and management to prioritize daily work orders and coordinate customer scheduling
- Making recommendations to service advisors about tire replacements, abnormal wear, tire damage, or age-related concerns
- Assisting with difficult fitments, vibration diagnostics, and troubleshooting TPMS or mounting issues
- Problem solving issues like seized hardware or broken parts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Stepping in to assist with hands-on installations, balancing, and tire repairs during peak periods

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in a tire shop or mechanical shop, with **1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience**:

- Strong knowledge of **tire installation**, **wheel balancing**, **torque procedures**, and **TPMS systems**:

- Ability to lead by example — hands-on, respectful, and reliable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- **Bonus**: Experience with **aftermarket wheels**, **lifted trucks**, or **modified vehicles**

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
