**North America Property Manager**

Department: Property

Location: Toronto, ON

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hybridmode: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely

Manage a portfolio of leased and owned operating convenience store sites within a large Business Unit. Responsible for landlord communications, lease negotiations, tenant relations, operations coordination, and related property management items.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  
- Implements tactical actions identified in comprehensive network plan for each market in region, while providing insight for ongoing structure of network plan.
- Negotiates and structures transactions suitable to company’s financial goals and strategies.
- Researches, analyzes and presents comprehensive presentation packages for each site to senior and executive level management for review and approval. Conducts further research and analysis as required.
- Reports the status of all asset management projects for construction, marketing and store operations.
- Must have working market knowledge of competition strategy and locations.
- Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies, procedures and governmental regulations; advising management on needed actions.
- Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; or participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
We want you to join our team Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Bilingual in French and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
- Two years of experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/C-Store industries. Requires advanced skills in Project/Property Economic & Feasibility Analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle required. Experience with demographic mapping software highly desirable.
- Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a busy environment with multiple changing priorities and deadlines. Must be willing to adapt to the changing responsibilities of the position.
