Game Master

In this role you will be responsible for (but not limited to): - Welcoming guests, answering the phone, managing bookings, processing payments - Ensuring that players have the best experience possible - Explaining the rules, safety notes, and backstory to players with genuine enthusiasm - Monitoring teams, giving hints as trained, and resetting the experiences - Keeping the whole facility clean, tidy and stocked up - Leading laser tag games and operating laser tag software Applicants should have: - Excellent customer service - Positive attitude and ability to work in a team or independently - Ability to manage time effectively and multitask - Availability to take direction and communicate well - Patience and ability to work under pressure - Flexibility with their job duties as they change depending on demand - Their own transportation to and from work (not on bus route) Great for: - Dungeon masters - Theatre nerds - Board game gurus - Oddballs - As a secondary "fun" job (no minimum hours guaranteed) Hours range seasonally.
