We are looking for an Estimator for growing company based in Toronto.
- Minimum 2 year college diploma in a construction related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction estimating, preferably in flooring
- Ability to read and interpret complex project specifications, tender documents and drawings.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written communication and mathematical skills.
- Must be familiar with PlanSwift Software
- Record and compare bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors
- Prepare changes to costs estimates when customers change their plans, or when the availability of materials or labour changes
- Make reports about expenses for the duration of the project
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
- Proven experience as **estimator** or similar position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
