**Purchaser - Kasa Supply Ltd. (Surrey, BC)**

Kasa Supply Ltd., is a trusted supplier of Plumbing, HVAC, Waterworks, and Building materials across Canada. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Purchaser to join our Surrey team. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position, with a start date as soon as possible.

**Position Overview**

As a Purchaser, you will assist in sourcing products, maintaining inventory levels, and

supporting the purchasing team. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are

ordered on time, accurately entered systems, and received properly to meet our

operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the purchasing team with order processing and vendor communications
- Place purchase orders with suppliers based on stock levels and project requirements
- Track shipments and follow up on outstanding orders or discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and vendor details
- Assist with negotiating pricing and delivery terms when necessary

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Waterworks, or Building materials is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/purchasing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or supply chain is an

asset
