Regina, Canada Smokin' Outlaws BBQ Full time

We’re looking for a badass bartender, someone who can pour a perfect drink, sling some attitude with a smile, and make every guest feel like they’ve just pulled up to the best BBQ joint in town.

This is not your typical bar gig, our bartenders don’t just serve drinks, they serve tables, they operate our smoker, keep the bar spotless, and make sure every guest walks out raving about the Outlaws experience. Pride, hustle, and a sense of ownership are what set our crew apart.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Part-time availability (**15-25 hours/week**)
- **Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (day and evening shifts available)**:

- Strong sense of cleanliness, safety, and organization, you treat the bar like your own
- Genuine hospitality and confidence when serving guests
- A love for great BBQ, good people, and a fast-moving environment

**What you’ll do**:

- Craft drinks and cocktails with consistency and care
- Daily Beer Inventory Counts
- Preparing Garnish throughout shift
- Serve both bar top guests and tables in your section
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and locked in
- Uphold food safety and alcohol service standards
- Bring energy, teamwork, and pride to every shift
- Use our Smoker to create fresh cocktail syrups
- Leave the place cleaner than it was when you showed up
- Availability of picking up Dining Room and Lounge Serving Shifts

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender is **required**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
