**We are currently hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support our client in the Technology industry.**

**The Role**:
**This is a hybrid role working 2 days at our AMS office in Downtown Toronto.**

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Act as a Trusted Adviser**
- Show tact and confidence in talking to client stakeholders. Ensure you’re leveraging your knowledge and wider AMS network to propose solutions that deliver the right results for your clients and AMS e.g., proposing alternative ways to find niche skills in a competitive market.

**Attract, Source & Engage High-Calibre Talent**
- Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to ongoing professional development within your role, so you can support your client to hire the best talent in the market, not just those who are actively on the market.
- Use your knowledge and established network at AMS to develop a sourcing strategy that uses the right channels to attract and engage with your target audience e.g., LinkedIn or other social media tools.
- Track progress, data, and performance on all applicable systems.

**Skills & Experience**:

- **3+ years of experience in Sourcing and Screening for Toronto and Quebec Markets is a must have**:

- **Bilingual in English and French (French fluency required)**:

- **Experience in high volume hiring is a must**:

- **Experience in stakeholder management is a must have**:

- Experience working in Data centres or tech hiring is a plus
- Experience of using recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action.
- Experience of working with remote teams.
- Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors).
