**MININGSKY**: MiningSky Technology Ltd. (MiningSky) is a Canadian firm based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. MiningSky provides power and energy solutions for crypto mining farms. The company specializes in power consumption optimization, mining farm construction, all-inclusive miner hosting, and colocation services. Additionally, MiningSky pursues self-mining in North America. Our team consists of partners with decades of experience in corporate finance, business development, marketing, and technology. **THE OPPORTUNITY** As a Project Manager at MiningSky, you will be responsible for MiningSky's projects and activities. You will be tasked with developing projects to support the strategic direction of MiningSky and creating and managing long-term goals. You will also be responsible for developing budgets and operating plans for projects, and writing proposals for project funding. **WHAT YOU"LL DO** - Organize programs and activities in line with the organization's mission and goals - Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization - Create and manage long-term goals - Develop budgets and operating plans for programs - Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement - Write project funding proposals to ensure uninterrupted service delivery - Manage a team with diverse talents and responsibilities - Ensure goals are met in terms of customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance - Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are met - Meet with relevant stakeholders to make communication about project issues and service decisions easy and transparent - Accurate and timely reporting on project status throughout the lifecycle - Analyze project risks **WHAT YOU NEED** - 2+ years of project management and technical work experience with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering technical products to market - Experience using project management tools - Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority - Strong analytical skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with honesty and kindness - Excellent judgment and ability to make timely and sound decisions - Creative, flexible and innovative team player - Impeccable time management skills in an agile environment - Ability to adapt to changing environments and shifting priorities - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of professional experience in a related field - Industry-recognized project management certifications **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: All staff are required to wear a mask, workplace areas are sanitized frequently **Experience**: - administrative assistant: 3 years (preferred)
