Telecoms Analyst- 6 Month Contract

In the role of Telecoms Analyst (6 month contract) you will assist in managing on/off boarding, change management, vendor relations, equipment and service audits, documentation, record keeping, ensuring the needs of the clients are met with the highest degree of professionalism. Responsibilities will be assisting with Telecom, Data, Wireless and IT Operations projects and ongoing change management. This includes the identification, classification, resolution, or escalation of customer requests, and ensuring adherence to defined standards, processes, and procedures.
**What you'll do**:
- Team & Leadership Functions: Create and maintain employee IT records, review requests and ensure best practices, policies & programs are executed.
- Operational Management: Manage SNOW Tasks, creation and updating of documentation & onboarding processes.
- Strategy & Planning: Track MAC’s as it relates to IT Operations, On/Off Boarding via ServiceNow, TELUS IQ. Identify and remedy areas for improvement.
**What you have**:
- Previous experience in IT Support, Customer Service, Hospitality or Tourism.
- Experience in IT Service Management ticketing tools and managing a high volume of administrative work and data.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and a high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
