**Job description**

VRCORE is looking for outgoing and driven individuals to join our team as we grow here in Nanaimo. As a Virtual Reality Technician, you will have the opportunity of assisting and interacting with our customers with a focus on creating a fun and memorable virtual reality experience. As part of the team, you will be trained in computer troubleshooting, and our many virtual reality experiences and equipment. You will help maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the business.

**Job Details**:

- Virtual Reality Technician.
- Part-Time/weekends.
- Incentive bonuses.
- Approximately 12-20 hrs/week

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Being knowledgeable about our products, experiences and all policies and procedures.
- Assisting customers with their VR experience.
- Troubleshooting various technical issues.
- Maintaining equipment and sanitation standards.
- Setting up bookings and answering the phone.
- Receiving and correctly processing payments.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.

**What we are looking for**:

- Weekend availability.
- Able to work alone for long periods of time and be self-motivated.
- Have prior general knowledge of computers (video game experience an asset but not necessary).
- Have exceptional social and communication skills, be adaptable and have a desire to learn.
- Friendly and hospitable personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
