**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and procedures, and always acting in a safe manner
- Oversees the preparation and execution of cleaning activities at customer facilities
- Completes all required paperwork, including job reports/tickets, LEMs, billing, safety forms, drivers log, KPI’s, Journey Management and other related items
- Liaison between Operations and Client. Communicates with and reports to Operations to ensure contractual obligations are met, including preparing and submitting project progression status reports and ensuring change orders are completed, communicated, and executed before any additional work is performed
- Assists with training and mentor ship of field employees
- Provides feedback of field service employees to HR regarding performance evaluations for individuals to whom this position has direct supervision.

**Key qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
- Previous tank cleaning and/or confined space entry experience required
- Previous automation cleaning considered preferred
- Possesses strong leadership skills
- Strong Communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English
- 3-5 years of industry and supervisory experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & Alcohol Test
- Ability to work with mínimal management supervision in a team and safety focused environment
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must be physically fit and able to safely lift to 50 lbs
