Main responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact between management and team members.
- Communicate management directives, priorities and updates to the team.
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Organise and follow up on meetings, action points and deliverables.
- Maintain department files, reports and calendars.
- Quickly identify problems or bottlenecks and escalate them to management.
- Promote positive and professional communication within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience as an executive assistant, coordinator or similar position.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
