**Position Title: Shelter Housing Support Worker**
**Department**: Properties, Homes & Living Supports
**Hours**: Full-Time term position
**Hourly wage**: $24/hr plus $2 premium after midnight
**Competition close date: September 5th, 2025**
The Shelter Overnight Worker supports operation, daily tasks and processes of the VNFC Shelter, which provides temporary shelter for unhoused community. This position requires a valid Driver's License.
Our team includes people of all Indigenous identities; some who are close to their communities and others who are on a path to learn more about their heritage. In recognition of the importance of a lived understanding of Indigenous communities, history, values and culture, preference is given to Indigenous applicants. **Please self-identify in your cover letter.**
Applicants must be able to work legally in Canada; VNFC is unable to sponsor employment visas or offer work permits at this time.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
