Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Inventory Control, the Shipper/Receiving Coordinator will

Manage material inventory for the production of electrical and mechanical sub systems of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Both Shipping and Receiving.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Shipping sales orders to customers
- Shipping non sales order items to colleagues and customers around the globe
- Scanning and packing systems
- Managing material flow from receiving to production.
- Decanting and distributing materials to the production team.
- Executing inventory transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing backup support for the warehouse team.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Ability to read and understand multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Knowledge of work order execution processes.
- Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) experience (preferred but not required).
- Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Ability to communicate and quantify issues clearly and concisely.
- Accurate and timely reporting of any process or material issues.
- Flexibility to support various warehouse roles as needed

- Eligible to be certified to examine, possess and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada
