**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- 2 - 4 years in a Recruiter role with strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff
- Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
- Must have experience mapping resumes from all sources
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
- Actively recruiting in a similar industry (sales, transportation, manufacturing)
- Experience in general HR function an asset
- Demonstrated ability to hold themselves accountable
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Works with Hiring Managers to understand and plan for upcoming staffing requirements
- Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple locations
- Works with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood
- Creates and Posts job ads/opportunities on relevant job sites
- Ensures managers are equipped and prepared to conduct interviews in accordance with the Hire Right process (conducts conference calls / Zoom training)
- Tracks and reviews interview notes and monitors the interview results
- Supports the completion of reference checks, organizes drug testing, completion of I-9 documentation
- Maximizes the effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System to facilitate the flow of information and to track key performance metrics (excel, charts)
- Develops strong relationships and partners with hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
- HR support items as needed (new hire documentation / Onboarding)
- Other duties as assigned
