**Greater City Mechanical** is looking for a **Mechanical Estimator/Project Coordinator.**

**FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete full quantity take-off of all labour, materials and equipment required to complete the project as per contract specifications to ensure accuracy of pricing.
- Review scope of work prior to issuing to subcontractors and submit with RFQ
- Provide direction on the scope and requirements to the suppliers and subcontractors based on specifications included RFQ document.
- Solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for labour, equipment, and material, to ascertain the most competitive price, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Review subcontractors pricing, inclusions, exclusions or qualifications for price evaluation and subcontractor selection.
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Complete a final bid submission review and oversee the final tender document submission to the client.
- Occasionally travel to job sites for bid and project kick off meetings.
- Adhere to all Company and Client policies and procedures.
- Obtain and submit quotations for changes to project scope.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- General construction knowledge and the integration of other trades work, understands specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Proven competency in the operation of key software and productivity tools such as MS Office (particularly Excel), Adobe Reader,
- Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently and self-monitor workload
- Professional, approachable and customer-service oriented.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Drivers’ license class G.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skill.

**Salary**: $38,807.00-$82,433.00 per year
