THE ROLE
- As the Associate, Technical Development, you will:
- Ensure that our product delivers a consistent and superior fit- Ensure that our product executes with best-in-class construction- Ensure that all fit samples execute on Design’s creative design vision- Bring life to our product samples to ensure wearable, functional and flattering fits- Effectively manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of technical development
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- The Associate, Technical Development has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction and fit and the appetite to continuously develop oneself- Pattern making experience, Gerber knowledge preferredTHE COMPENSATION
- The typical hiring range for this position is $25-$32 per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
