**Now Hiring Paint Crew Supervisor**
**Full Time Hours + Accommodation**

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 3-5 years of professional painting experience
- Experience managing a job site and/or job crew
- Knowledge of paint, stain & primer products
- Knowledge of working with a spectrum of materials (stucco, clapboard, wood etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using paint sprayers
- Professionalism & strong communication skills

Preferred Education/Experience:

- Cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in Amharic is an asset
- Valid driver’s license

- 8 hour shift
