**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs or kitchen management
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of food handling and storage
- Support team members in serving dishes efficiently and accurately
- Help with kitchen organization, including cleaning, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes
- Supervise junior staff or trainees when required, demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills
- Follow all restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards
- Contribute to creating a positive dining experience for guests through attentive service

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
- Supervising experience or team management skills are advantageous
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality principles
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards serving guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for the food industry with a commitment to continuous learning and development

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
