**Summary**:
Accurate HD is looking for a 100 x 140 Drill Operator to join the team

**Job Duties Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Maxi Rig (Vermeer 100 x 140) drill safely as per standard operating procedures
- Execute the daily plan and work sequence
- Perform inspections, complete equipment maintenance tasks, and check equipment daily
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean and in safe/working order
- Load and unload equipment in a safe manner
- Report any accidents, damage, or defects immediately and work in a safe manner
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience operating a directional drill or equivalent 100,000lb or bigger drill
- 1-2 years experience with running a mud motor preferred
- Ability to read locate maps and construction plans considered an asset
- Valid drivers license, Class 1 - 3 with air brakes is considered an asset
- Willing to work an out-of-town schedule or overnight schedule is considered an asset
- Experience working with underground utilities is considered an asset
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position; standing, sitting, lifting, etc. for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Safety-first attitude
- Provide: must have hard hat, high visibility vest, CSA approved steel-toed safety boots/shoes
