**About Us**:
Atira Property Management Inc. offers quality property management services for strata corporations, developers, rental properties, non-profit housing, and housing cooperatives in Greater Vancouver. As one of the first mission-driven companies of its kind in Canada, Atira Property Management is a social enterprise that grew out of Atira Women's Resource Society. All profits from Atira Property Management are used to help fund the Society’s housing and support programs for women and children affected by violence, as well as to build new, nonmarket housing.

**The Opportunity**:
Atira Property Management Inc. currently has a vacancy for an on-site housing co-operative manager. The primary accountabilities of this position consist of the delivery of full co-op management services to a defined portfolio of contracted clients, seeking out and securing new clients, and supervisor the staff assigned to you. Your services must be delivered in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of APMI which you are expected to be familiar with. The duties which you are expected to perform will vary from time to time. This position requires you to be creative problem solver, have listening skills, patience, flexibility, and a sense of humour. You must be able to demonstrate you respect the people you work with and demonstrate an eagerness for collaboration and transparency. You are also required to set boundaries, supporting people to solve their own problems and issues, as much as possible.

**About You**:
You are a detail-oriented person who is able to prioritize and manage your time well, and are committed to attending work regularly and on time. Your enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn/grow are your most important attributes for the position. You may have a three or four of experience in a customer service or other office environment, and perhaps even some formal training in administration work. You question actions inconsistent with our values and you treat everyone with fairness and respect independent of their status or disagreement with you. You expect great things from yourself and your co-workers. You inspire others with your passion for women’s anti-violence work and your eagerness for excellence. **Additional Requisites**:

- A valid B.C. Class 5 driver’s license and First Aid certificate is
- At least 3 (three) years of administrative and/or property management
- Proficient use of office equipment & software - including but not limited to Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook,
