**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Expedite movement of parts between vendors, customers, and production facilities
- Coordinate the movement of parts for the Maintenance and Modification Division
- Complete and fulfill part requisitions including research on aircraft parts for different aircraft
- Process purchase orders for parts
- Track parts for exchange, returns, and repairs
- Maintain required stock levels to adhere to maintenance and project requirements
- Oversee the parts for special projects as required
- Provide material and parts transactions updates to management on a regular basis
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of part sales, inventory, or purchasing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of inventory and purchasing methods and procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible and able to meet strict deadlines
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products and able use multiple computer programs
- Knowledge of shipping freight both domestically and internationally, including familiarity with customs requirements and documents
