**Position Summary**:
McAsphalt is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to execute content strategies that amplify our brand voice across digital platforms. This role will involve working closely with internal teams to manage social media content, assist with corporate swag, and support administrative tasks. **Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Content Execution & Strategy Implementation
- Create original written and visual content that aligns with McAsphalt's strategic goals and brand voice.
- Proactively source information and content from internal stakeholders to keep content relevant and accurate.
- Ensure all content follows established brand guidelines and messaging.

2. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages, fostering positive relationships with our community.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and engagement.

3. Corporate Swag Support
- Assist with the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of corporate swag for internal and external initiatives.
- Ensure all swag items align with McAsphalt's branding and promotional goals.

4. Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including organizing meetings, tracking project timelines, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and promotional initiatives.

5. Website & SEO
- Support website updates, ensuring content is fresh and optimized for search engines.
- Regularly update website and blog content to keep it relevant and engaging for our audience.

6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track content performance across platforms and provide insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with video production and editing is a plus.

**Portfolio Requirement**:
Applicants must submit a portfolio or samples of their work showcasing content creation, social media management, content strategy execution, and web development projects. This should include examples of written content, social media posts, and any relevant multimedia projects.
