**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal counsel and representation in management-side Labour and Employment Law matters.
- Assist in general litigation cases as required.
- Collaborate with senior counsel on complex legal matters.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to address legal issues effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in management-side Labour and Employment Law and Labour Relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with legal technology and research tools.
- Experience in human rights and workers’ compensation law (considered an asset).
