**Job Description Summary**

As a part of the commercial team, you will shape and execute on business, data, and digital/AI strategies to drive the business forward. You will actively contribute to our purpose - To Create a World Where Healthcare Has No Limits.

This role will entail working closely with our leadership teams to understand, learn and support strategic initiatives, operational processes, competitive landscape, and transactional activities to foster innovation and growth at GE Healthcare Canada. This position offers a unique structure, allowing you to rotate through various Segments of the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian Healthcare business.

**Objectives**:

- Strategy Development: Assist in the formulation and execution of business strategies, initiatives to drive growth and achieve the countries business priorities. Leadership Development: Actively engage in leadership development activities designed to hone your strategic, operational, and management skills. Through mentorship with senior leaders
- you will gain insights, enhancing your ability to navigate complex business issues and one day lead teams.
- Operations Support**: Collaborate with the commercial excellence team to optimize operational processes and ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships. Assist in the preparation of SFD reports, pricing strategies, product management, presentations, dashboards, and other critical marketing communications.
- Deal Support: Support the leaders in the evaluation and execution of business transactions, including licensing agreements, partnerships, and possible acquisitions.
- Develop critical strategic documents, using creative mechanisms to collaborate and create consensus.
- Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives.
- Digital/AI Integration & Commercialization: Identify opportunities for advancing Digital/AI in-house, in product development, and to influence patient outcomes. Collaborate with RFP teams & work closely with marketing and commercial sales teams to define and execute go-to-market digital /AI strategies.
- Data Analysis: Creation of data & product marketing/storytelling materials. Completing a variety of analyses to identify root causes of potential problems, along with the development of remediation plans. Visualizing data to tell a story with actionable insights to the leadership team. Identification of new data sources and pipelines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the regions, segments, commercial excellence, finance, legal, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and integration of Canada business priorities /activities with the overall company & USCAN strategy.

**Education**:

- University Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business/Commerce/Health Science or equivalent related discipline.
