**Data Entry Clerk**

**Job Type: Full Time ON SITE**

**Hours: Mon-Sat Varies form 7:30-4:30 CST (Some Weekends)**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Weigh mail to determine the correct postage.
- Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Help customers complete change of address and mail hold forms, etc.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Retrieving data for team members upon request
- Maintains a working knowledge of client products, services, and promotions
- Use fax and scanning machines.
- Client exports and deposits

**Experience**
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Good command of the English language both oral and written and customer service skills
- High school degree or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.00 - 40.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
