Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Update and maintain electronic medical records
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (Accuro experience a plus)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Comfortable with office equipment and phone systems
