**What You’ll Do (And Be Proud Of Every Day)**

**Yard & Warehouse Operations**
- Keep our yard and warehouse organized, clean, and efficient—because your space is your pride.
- Load and unload heavy equipment and materials with care and precision.

**Equipment & Inventory Management**
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers like a pro.
- Help manage inventory—track, label, and store materials accurately.
- Perform basic maintenance, minor repairs, and even pitch in with landscaping tasks.

**Quality Control & Safety First**
- Inspect shipments, take photos of damages, and verify all packing slips.
- Champion safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.

**Team Support & Customer Service**
- Work cross-functionally to support various departments.
- Provide friendly, professional service to both internal teams and external partners.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **5+ years of experience** in a similar role—bonus points for background with OEMs in heavy construction equipment
- **Mechanically inclined**:

- **Mechanical knowledge**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and related yard equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Great communicator, team player, and always ready to lend a hand
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
