**Commercial Sales Representatives** partner with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in supplying and completing construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, commercial sales representatives can make recommendations to provide customers with possible solutions.

Commercial Sales Representatives could be present both on the road and in the branch, depending on customer needs.

Typical career steps are to move to a different specialized role in commercial or industrial sales, branch manager, or to become a district sales manager.

We are currently hiring an **Inside Sales Representative for our Industrial Commercial Supplies** store at - 38 McCarville Street, Charlottetown

**Shift**: 7:00am-4:30pm

**Wage**: 34,000-55,000 +commissions

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrates high standards of safety and customer service
- Is a resource of knowledge for our customers
- Produces quotes, material lists and follows up on deliveries
- Achieves weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintains a contact list and contact schedule for prospective and existing customers
- Grows the geographic sales area by building new relationships with contractors and strengthening relationships with existing accounts
- Cold-calling new customers to build their business portfolio
- Continually learns about products and market conditions

**Requirements**:

- Independent, problem solver
- Confident, energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, and can manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly develop a trusting relationship with new customers, and build rapport with existing customers
- Experience in sales is preferred
- Knowledge of construction products is an asset
- Ability to work remotely from varies locations
- A valid driver’s license is required

Pay: $34,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
