Overnight Stocker

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail environment is well-stocked and organized, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory levels, assisting with product placement, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor by replenishing stock as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inventory needs and product placement.
- Assist in the sales process by providing knowledgeable support to customers regarding products.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely to transport merchandise when necessary (certification may be required).
- Collaborate with management to identify trends in inventory and assist in planning for future stock needs.
- Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products and assisting with merchandising efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $15.00-$23.15 per hour
