**What You'll Do**:

- Channel your inner detective to find leads—whether through canvassing, referrals, or networking (no trench coat required).
- Climb up on roofs (safely) to assess damage and play the hero homeowners didn’t know they needed.
- WOW homeowners with your charm and expertly tailored roofing solutions—like a matchmaking service, but for roofs.
- Become the go-to roofing guru for homeowners and property managers who’ll think you’re a rockstar.
- Seal the deal and crush your monthly sales targets like a true sales ninja.
- Team up with our operations crew to make sure projects go off without a hitch—teamwork makes the dream work
- Stay in the know about roofing products, services, and local quirks, because knowledge is power (and roofs are serious business).

**What We're Looking For**:

- A master communicator who can negotiate, lead, and charm their way into anyone’s good books (yes, even skeptical homeowners).
- A self-starter who wakes up ready to crush targets and doesn’t need a motivational speech to get going—though we can give one if you want
- Someone who’s not afraid of the hustle—big results come from big efforts.
- Bonus points if you know local neighbourhoods
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license—because roofing doesn’t wait for public transit.
- Willing to hit the road when adventure (or roofing business) calls, whether it’s within Ontario or beyond.
- Experience in roofing sales or construction is like having a cherry on top—it’s not required, but we wouldn’t say no to it
