Responsibilities:

- Performs the Team Leader/Shift Supervisor position.
- Creates weekly staffing schedules to meet sales and labour targets.
- Responsible for ordering and ensuring that inventory never runs out (no stockouts).
- Manages overall staff roster and identifies when new staff hiring is required.
- Leads staff engagement initiatives including Employee of the Month and organizing annual staff events.
- Controls store costs and fills out the End of Month (“EOM”) store reporting.
- Maintain equipment and store cleanliness.
- Collects and tracks all monthly costs (including dairy, packaging and shipments).
- Tracks all incoming orders.
- Collect all information all order information to complete EOM reports.
- Identifies local advertising/event opportunities to increase sales.
- Sends weekly sales report to head office.
- Leads staff evaluations and works with store owners on management related decisions.
- Works with store owners to solve issues and develop future initiatives.
- Fills a position during their shift.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cashiering, customer service, and retail food and beverage sales;
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a retail, especially fast-paced quick service restaurant environment;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth;
- Familiarity with store management software systems is a plus;

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
