**Description**

As a Senior Analyst, you will be:

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS Systems Analyst, providing technical direction, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
- Coordinate and manage system upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and system copies.
- Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security across all SAP landscapes.
- Manage SAP transport processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects, migrations, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the BASIS team.
- Provide escalation support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.
