**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in instructing/supervising rehab exercise
- Assist with patient charting
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Verify insurance information, and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

**Skills**:

- Experience with direct patient/client interaction providing therapy or support
- A proven track record of empathy and clinical precision
- Excellent computer skills across several platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient charting, information and billings

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:
