**Preston Park II Retirement Residence** is looking for a Full Time **Resident Care Manager** to join our team

The Resident Care Manager is responsible to assist to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall care services program for the residents within the facility. The goal is to achieve a high standard of care, ensuring safety, and to promote quality of life for all residents in a home like environment.

Qualifications:

- Current LPN
- Possession of certificate of basic life support at basic rescuer level (minimum).
- Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirable.
- Knowledge of the nursing process.
- Post-graduate study in geriatrics desirable.
- Post-graduate study in nursing administration desirable.
- Possession of good leadership, communication and diplomatic relations skills.
- Must possess excellent planning skills, ability to coordinate activities and oversee a comprehensive nursing care program.
- Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
