Security Manager

**Responsibilities**:_
1. **Security Oversight**:
a. Implement comprehensive security polices and procedures, as per AGLC’s Terms and Conditions, along with house policies, to safeguard the casino premises, assets and personnel.
b. Manage a team of security personnel, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and adherence to security protocols.
2. **Guest Services Integration**:
a. Maintain a guest-centric approach to security, emphasizing a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all visitors.
b. Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures seamlessly into the overall guest experience.
c. Oversee programs to enhance customer service such as Winner’s Edge program, lost and found, announcements, etc.
3. **Emergency Response and Crisis Management**:
a. Regularly update emergency response plans, ensuring all staff are trained and familiar with procedures.
b. Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related incidents, coordinating responses and investigations.
4. **Surveillance Systems Management**:
a. Oversee the operation and maintenance of surveillance systems to monitor gaming areas, indoor and outdoor public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
b. Work closely with the IT department to ensure the functionality and security of surveillance systems.
c. Analyze surveillance data to identify irregularities and potential threats.
5. **Team Leadership and Training**:
a. Foster a positive and professional work environment for the security team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
b. Provide ongoing training to security personnel on the latest security technologies, procedures, and customer service techniques.
c. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as a Security Manager in a casino or similar entertainment venue
- Strong knowledge of casino security regulations, procedures, and best practices, as per AGLC Terms and Conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of security personnel.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control and emergency response protocols
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Crisis management and emergency response experience.
- Previous held AGLC licensing would be an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
