**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors as they arrive at the dealership
- Answer phone calls promptly, displaying exceptional phone etiquette
- Process customer payments
- Maintain accurate customer records and files, ensuring confidentiality
- Provide data entry and administrative support as needed
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- A professional demeanour with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Familiarity with automotive industry procedures is a plus
- Accounting experience is an plus
