**Live Stream & Video Systems Tech (Contract, 2 days this week — on-site)**

Location: Brantford, ON (venue)
Contract: 2 days this week, with ongoing gigs likely
Pay: DOE / day rate (tell us your rate)

We’re streaming shows online and need a hands-on tech who can set up and run a multi-cam, multi-screen show: 2 PTZ cams + 1-2 static 4K cams, 2 projectors/large screens, Blackmagic ATEM switcher, Resolume for visuals, and live output to TikTok + Twitch/YouTube.

What you’ll do
- Configure venue signal flow end-to-end: cameras → ATEM (Blackmagic) → capture/encoder → TikTok/Twitch/YouTube.
- Set up and operate 2 PTZ (addressing, VISCA/IP control), 4K static cam(s), and 2 projectors/large screens.
- Build ATEM scenes/macros, lower-thirds, and safe vertical crops for TikTok (9:16) while maintaining 16:9 program.
- Run Resolume for visual playback/loops, map to projectors/screens, and sync with the switch feed.
- Manage audio ingest from FOH (line-level/XLR), monitor sync/latency, prevent clipping, and ensure clean broadcast levels.
- Optimize streaming settings (bitrate/keyframe/RTMP endpoints), test network, and troubleshoot fast under pressure.
- Deliver a quick tech map + handover notes for repeatability.

Must-haves
- Recent, on-show experience with Blackmagic ATEM (Mini/Extreme/Constellation or similar).
- Comfort with PTZ control (VISCA over IP/serial), exposure/white balance matching, tally workflow.
- Strong Resolume skills (Arena preferred): routing, clip decks, mapping to projectors.
- Solid RTMP/NDI know-how; can stream to TikTok Live + one other platform simultaneously.
- Audio basics (gain staging, routing from FOH, monitoring) and live-event troubleshooting chops.
- Available two days this week (evening work likely).

Nice-to-haves
- OBS/VMix/Hardware encoder (Web Presenter, Video Assist) familiarity.
- Restream/Streamlabs/TikTok Live Studio experience.
- Dante or networked audio; basic lighting/DMX awareness.

Gear on site (you’ll operate)
- 2× PTZ cams, 1-2× 4K static cams, 2× projectors/large screens, Blackmagic ATEM switcher, streaming PC/Mac, Resolume. (Bring accessories you love—SDI/HDMI/NDI adapters, SDI runs, network switch, etc., if needed.)
