**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Managing and supporting SAS platforms
- Supporting tenants and users of the SAS platforms
- Providing SAS expertise and solutioning/feedback for continual process and platform improvement
- Helping to establish coding standards and best practices
- Supporting SAS developers with coding issues
- Execute change management processes surrounding new releases of SAS functionality
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to assist with change management and perform upgrades of the SAS environment when necessary
- Applies maintenance releases, upgrades and fixes flows as required
- Provide maintenance and support for SAS products during deployment, upgrade, and any changes to SAS products and/ or during other enterprise activities that impact SAS infrastructure

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3+ years of product implementation and administration of SAS and Analytics
- 3 or more years of relational database experience
- 3 or more years supporting SAS data sourcing and reporting deliveries
- 3 or more years developing detailed technical documentation
- SAS product expertise
- Problem solving
- Bilingual, French/English, an asset
- Available to work nights and weekends during deployments

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
