Security Program Manager
The Regional Programs Manager will provide value to internal and external stakeholders through the auditing of existing processes, forecasting organization trends and needs and the implementation of best practices to ensure Paladin continues to be the leader in the contract security industry.

- Prepare tender documents for RFP, reviews bids, negotiates terms and prepares contract documents transitions, assessments
- Providing support and guidance to the management team responsible for the oversight of Paladin’s commercial and retail accounts
- This position will support the Ontario region and travel is required as part of the role
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with Paladin’s company Manuel along with general security standards
- Research industry best trends and best practices
- Conduct assessments of Paladin’s client facilities throughout Ontario and provide recommendations for program improvements.
- Support with transitions and the startup of all new business at all Paladin branches in Ontario.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related field of study or appropriate experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in security and / or fire safety services in a commercial or retail setting.
- Must be a member or have the ability to become a member of the ASIS International
- Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on fire safety, building codes, security, and protection of privacy
- Access to a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel across Ontario
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) in a clear and effective manner.
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exercise sound independent judgment and do so within established guidelines.
- Maintain a self-motivate work ethic with limited direction.
- Think critically, identifying alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems, evaluate options and implement solutions.
- CHPA or CPP considered an asset
