**Overview**
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Gas Bar Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gas Bar

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling staff shifts, ensuring the gas station is adequately staffed during all operating hours.
- Manage financial transactions and perform daily accounting tasks to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and cash handling.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers, including compliance with hazardous materials handling.
- Coordinate with fuel suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of gasoline and diesel to maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including the restrooms, and convenience store area, to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing resolutions that maintain positive customer relationships and promote repeat business.
- Supervise employees, complete probationary and annual Employee Performance ReviewsRecruit and train new staff
- Ensure compliance with all Sipekne’katik First Nation Policies and ProceduresActively seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and leverage technology

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Post Secondary education in Business Administration or Management with Supervisor experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered
- Experience working with First Nations community is preferred
- A criminal record check is required

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
