Your key responsibilities will include:

- Handle and lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Operations team.
- Collaborate with Operations to optimize spending and ensure budget adherence.
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in actuals, forecasts, and variances.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Drive financial acumen and commercial awareness across the Operations team.
- Oversee excise clearance planning between Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Manage capital expenditure (Capex) planning and ensure alignment with business cases.
- This role requires travel to Madang for one week each month, with costs covered by the company.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, partner management, and influencing skills.
- Experience with SAP, BI, BPC, or similar financial systems.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present financial insights clearly.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing budgets, financial controls, and compliance processes.
- Willingness to travel to Madang for one week each month.
