**Position Purpose**

In this role you will provide support to the Director of Rooms as well as the Assistant Front Office Manager. This challenging role involves responsibilities including:
**Essential Functions**
- To assist the Front Office Management Team in communicating expectations to all Front Office associates through: Training, Departmental Orientation and Scheduling
- Managing the department while on duty and attending to guest issues and inquiries.
- Adhering to all emergency procedure
- To assist in establishing, communicating and complying with all Sheraton programs and procedures to achieve and exceed goals
- To provide direction for day-to-day operation of all Front Office areas (Front Desk, Switchboard and Bell Desk).
- To maintain and ensure that all VIP processes are followed in accordance with Sheraton standards.
- To communicate, promote and maintain health and safety in the workplace.
- To ensure every guest leaves the hotel with the intent to return

**Specific Job knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Superior customer service skills with a passion for guest service
- A minimum of 2 years current Front Office experience and the ability to work a variety of shifts is also required
- Must be available to work afternoon & overnight shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
