**Position Details**

Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking Labourers with **Earthwork Experience**for work at our Compost project in Calgary, AB
- Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

**What You Will Be Working On**
- Plan and execute operation activities to avoid schedule delays
- Operate Equipment in tight work areas and in proximity of workers
- Assist in daily safety meetings
- Assist with excavation, backfilling, grading, and compaction tasks.
- Operate small tools and equipment such as plate compactors, jackhammers, and laser levels.
- Support equipment operators and site supervisors with daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Read and interpret site plans or instructions from supervisors.
- Perform basic site measurements and layout tasks as needed.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction and earthwork industry
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Set up and maintain laser levels
- CSTS-20
- WHMIS 2015
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
