**We are currently searching for an Associate Lawyer to join our Corporate/Commercial Business Law Group.** We are the advisors of choice for many of the most reputable and successful businesses in Southeastern Ontario. We have the go-to team for innovation and entrepreneurs leading significant economic development in our region. Our business law team of experienced partners, associates, clerks, assistants, and corporate records keepers provide corporate structuring, contracting, financing, transaction, governance, and strategic advice to businesses. We have also embedded specialized clean energy / clean tech experience and are counsel to companies in this space across Ontario and across Canada. We provide specialized advice in IP, technology, project financing, and commercialization to long-established multi-generational businesses as well as entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and businesses in growth mode. We work closely with key business contacts in our community and integrate our advice with leading tax/accounting firms to set companies and families up for long term success.
